Woolly adventures!

To coincide with wool week I have been playing with my fleeces that I bought earlier in the year. I found the picture at a boot sale it was an educational school poster, I have a bit of a thing for old school posters. I don't know what it is the colours, the themes or nostalgia? We have lots in our house and I keep adding to our collection, I'll show you some more one day. Also just mentioning that Annie at knitsofacto has a fantastic giveaway to enter so head over to have a read about Wensleydale sheep.
Anyway on with the wool....

washing, drying in the lovely sunny days we have had over the last few weeks and storing in old pillowcases.

dyeing
and spinning...

From Pinkipunki on Etsy- teeswater locks for extreme tail spinning, yet to be extremely spun.

Have a great week,
